Chocolate Wafles

These chocolate Wafles are crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. The perfect recipe for the holiday season!


200 gr flour,

100 gr of corn flour,

10 gr sugar,

2 eggs,

500 ml liters of milk,

30 gr oil, Chocolate Cream,

10 gr baking soda and salt

How to use


First beat the eggs with the sugar until melted. Add the milk and oil and continue to mix. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the wheat flour with the baking soda, salt and corn flour. We throw them in the beaten eggs and mix them slowly, until a homogeneous dough mass is created, not strong, but liquid. In parallel, place the toaster to heat to the maximum temperature. Put the dough in the toaster and let it bake. We place it on the plate, cut it into pieces and coat it with chocolate cream.
