100 gr margarine
250 gr flour
250 gr cream cheese
170 gr sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the baking tray with 24 cm of fat
In a bowl mix the margarine kept at temp. environment, sugar and cream cheese.
To this mass we add 3 egg yolks, while we tempt the whites separately in strong foam.
To the mass of egg yolks gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, add salt, lemon juice, orange juice and minced lemon and orange peels.
Mix all this with a spoon, slowly add the foam from the egg whites and mix them slowly with a spoon.
Grease the pan and cover it with baking paper, spread the orange slices all over the surface and sideways.
Place the mixture in a mold covered with oranges and flatten it well.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until baking is confirmed by soaking.
After baking and cooling, turn the cake upside down in the pan and remove the baking paper.
Serve hot or even cold as desired. The aroma and taste of orange will fascinate you and you will not wait for it to cool.
