Chocolate muffins with a special rich taste of delicious chocolate. Perfect taste for breakfast or a light afternoon.
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups of tea with Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup tea with Sugar
150 gr Butter,
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup Milk
100gr cooking Chocolate
How to use
Preparation:
Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in different containers. In a glass bowl, pour all the dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, a little salt and mix them. In another bowl we throw the eggs, yoghurt, milk, oil and stir for a few moments.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the masses come together. The chocolate muffin should be homogeneous. Finally add a piece of chocolate chips and mix.
We throw the dough in the muffin dishes which we lightly grease with butter. Fill the dishes and toss the chocolate pieces on top again.
Put the muffin cakes with chocolate pieces on top to bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° c for 20-25 minutes.
After baking, leave it on the stove off for another 10 minutes, so that the sweets drain. The chocolate muffin is ready.
