Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 glass Sugar
1 glass Oil
1 glass Yogurt
2.5 cups Flour
1 Baking powder
1 Vanilla Sugar
Lemon peel on a grater
How to use
Preparation:
Shake the eggs with sugar first, then add the oil, yoghurt and flour mixed with vanilla sugar and powder, and finally peel a lemon on a grater. Coat the cake tin with oil or margarine and knead the dough. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve both hot and cold.
