130 gr flour

70 gr of starch

120 gr sugar

100 gr butter

3 eggs

1 small packet of vanilla

1/2 small packet of baking powder

350 gr pastry cream

2 tablespoons raspberry jam

300 gr raspberries

How to use


Before we start preparing the cake, we need to prepare the pastry cream according to the recipe you will find here. Consider halving the amount: 250 ml milk, 1 tablespoon full of flour, 3 tablespoons full of sugar, 3 egg yolks and vanilla. The cream should be completely cold.

We prepare the base:

Beat the butter with the sugar with the help of an electric mixer. Add one by one the eggs, flour, starch, vanilla, baking powder and continue beating until you have obtained a homogeneous dough. Put the dough in a cake pan coated with a little butter and flour and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let it cool completely and turn it upside down.

We prepare the cake:

Coat the cake with raspberry jam, distributing it evenly. Spread the already cooled pastry cream (you can also use vanilla pudding from those packages that are prepared only with milk) and garnish it on top with fresh raspberries and chocolate sheets.

This cake can be prepared with any kind of fruit, just make sure the taste of fresh fruit and jam is the same.
